Madsens,

Thar's a great picture. A lot of A10s in one place and it looks like they are all original, or nearly so.  My bitsa might stick out there, for better or worse (obviously, not getting there for the next ride, anyway). Besides, 400 km would be a very long ride for my bike and my body.

G'day Bergs.
Is that your Urma?
Just like mine bought new in Feb 81 but mine had the reverse comstars in black.
I had a set of those crash bars for two days! I ground 3/8" off in one left hand corner. They went in the bin so then I was grinding the head off the lower alternator cover bolt  *eek*.
Cheers

Regarding RustyDusty's chopper, it's an attention getter in sound and looks for sure. Looks like fun.  I'd really like to feel how it rides compared to my '55 swingarm.

Mikeb

I think the rally would make a relly good topic on it's own for chatting and seeing more of your pics.

RustyDisty,

I continue to like your bike. There's no, "Nice, but not for me" about it. I'd love to have a ride.

Vintage club bike rally in Whangarei (Northland, NZ) this past weekend - thanks to Peter and crew. note the NZ built Spartan DBD (no side stand), the pickups when my a10 k2f died before i even got out of town, and the remedy for the snapped clutch cable on the backup B33. but i completed and made it home.
G'day Mike.
Nice to see a few old banger out.
Luv the cable repair, couldn't do that on a modern bike.
That front hub on the Spartan is worth more than some complete bikes *ex*

Please don't post techno-talk and bike troubles in "Just a Picture," and recognize that "a" implies singular. The intent of the topic is to provide a place to scroll through great pictures of individual A7's and A10's without stumbling over other stuff.

Thanks.

sorry Richard. i've never understood rules. so where do you post a pic or 2 or 3 when you are chucking it up for a laugh but don't propose a whole (oil) thread with the inevitable part number debates and references to beer?

G'day Mike.
As you see I moved the "pickup topic" to electrical section.
"so where do you post a pic or 2 or 3 when you are chucking it up for a laugh but don't propose a whole (oil) thread with the inevitable part number debates and references to beer?"
https://www.a7a10.net/forum/index.php?board=13.0 this section would be fine.
