Hi Roger
As per others very nice.
Just for information where did you get the pipes from as I have bought and returned two sets that did not fit.

Do you know Swarfy - the brakes work 10 times better than I expected - especially the front, and I know a lot of owners have problems with 'em.
I just 'burned' them both in over a 5 mile trip and got a good result.

Can someone help me get that fat guy off my motorcycle, or, better yet, just get that fat off the guy?

Now that is odd, the A10 is a 1960 bike and those are one of the sets of pipes I purchased (same picture and seller) and they were not even close to fitting. I will find the topic and reopen it as I would like some pictures if possible.

That is seriously beautiful 👌

I very much agree on that!
The funny thing is, I did the same with some similar pipes I got from a friend... now I try to fix the seat problem.
Pictures as soon as available.

...and the trick to "Quick replies to "Just a Picture" is to have the pictures open in one instance and the comments in another. Now, I can just run a stream of comments for multiple pictures. If you posted a pic in the last year I've probably commented here.

ffcycles: Really nice rigid. You said, "ready for spring." Did you make it? (...and then, I look at the current topics and you're top of the list. I will read.)

Matth: What became of the rusty TriBSA project?

Tom_1958A10SR: Very nice Super Rocker

Roger: That's so nice it's killing me. That's a testimony to the Indian tank. (Yep, like the pipes better in the later picture, but they both look great.)

Chris A10: A beautiful Goldie and in front of our friend the windmill yet!

KiwiGF: It's been a year, have your gotten to the mountains yet?

Morris: Your  Golden Flash looks neat as a pin. Windmills and A10's just somehow go together.

Scotty: That's sporty lookin' with the single saddle and unique tank paint job. And then, you drop the beautiful "B" in another magnificent piece of nature.

Swarfy: I can't even begin to go through you posts to find out if the rusty and rescued plungie frame is now a motorcycle.

Berger: Regarding Betsy at the Playground, all I can say is "the man likes to ride fast."

Mosin: Your bike looks like it's ready to eat Newlands Pass. What a great place. had to Google it. Listed under "dangerousroads." I wish I could join you there.

Evan91b: So slick!

Wheelwright: Nice pair of bikes, though, a little hard to see. I like the brim on the headlight. By the way, who does your wheels?

Butch (cb): Your a bad boy. I seriously want to ride that bike.

RichardL: Nice lookin' modified '55 Road Rocket, but you might want to get that fat guy off of it.

Ewen: It's hard to concentrate on that nice Triumph with that beautiful pink toolbox in the background. Looking at the next picture, you didn't even know at the time that that '55 GF was vintage.

RD: Did I tell you at the time you posted the pic of your dad and uncle from 1922 that I have a very similar picture of my own dad and uncle from around 1925?

Mikeb: First of all, that's a nice bike, but it is unfair (but much appreciated) to use New Zealand as a background.

db32jimbo: Thanks for posting the pic of the nice Gold Star, but since that's been your only post, maybe you decided you stumbled into a bad lot of parallel twins owners.

Black Sheep: From the posts of yours that I've read, on wild water adventure ride is pretty much where I would expect to see you and your wife.

Tinu: I almost can't stop looking at your bike. It's so nice.

tlmark: The bike looks nice, though a bit hard to see. If that mural is on the outside of the pub, it must be an interesting pub. I'll ask Berger to check it out for me.

Berger: You are a fortunate man to have a fried from 42 years ago with whom you still pal around. So, I guess you wouldn't be recommending an A10 to Andy for their nice, easy clutch action.

GB: Are you trying to torture me with the picture of Simon Griffin's Plungie. I think you know I hate the feeling of envy.

Musky: I love that photo, and now I miss Muskydog, too. Was there a Muskydog 2?

Ha! I did it, caught up on over a year's worth of paying heed to my forum friends.

Best regards,

Richard L.

Yep, got to the top (of Mt Dick...yes really 😂) but as the track is a bit rough I took the B44. This is the view, with binoculars you can see where my A10 pic was taken.

It's magnificent there. Someday, maybe some movie producer will use it as the backdrop to an epic tale.

Timark,

First, beautful bike. Second, if I'm not mistaken, that building with the conical roof is some kind of silo. That thingy on top seems to be some kind of rotating vent. Can we say that qualifies as a windmill picture?  It would, afterall, still involve grain. *smile*

The idea of "Just a Picture" is to have a place to go to thumb through large numbers of pictures of A7's and A10's without having to stumble over acres of text. Somewhat inspired by our founder's web page prior to the forum. "Quick replies" should be, uuh, quick.

The B-theory of time, also called the "tenseless theory of time", is one of two positions regarding the temporal ordering of events in the philosophy of time. B-theorists argue that the flow of time is only a subjective illusion of human consciousness, that the past, present, and future are equally real, and that time is tenseless: temporal becoming is not an objective feature of reality. Therefore, there is nothing privileged about the present, ontologically speaking.
.
Sounds reasonable to me.

Mikeb,

Since we have decided that time does not actually pass,  allow me to provide this quick response to your picture. Love the bike. Love the scenery. I'm always jealous when I see scenery like that, in that I'm relegated, mostly, to riding around the flatlands outside Chicago
