I'm happy, I have just sent you a small donation.
I haven't posted on the website much, but have spent many many hours researching info regards rebuilding my 52 A7 star twin in the future.
Web site is very well laid out, very easy to navigate, loads quickly, search function is really good, picture posting a breeze, very helpful members, what can I say "Fantastic"
Regards Keith Atkinson

Right fellows. It's that time of the year again to shake the last small change out of your pockets and make a little donation to keep this forum ad free and going.   *bright idea*
Go to https://www.a7a10.net/ next click on "donation" define the amount and log in to your pay pal account. Easy as that.  *wink2*

JFDI!

I've just set up a Paypal monthly transfer of $1.12, which will, if I've calculated correctly total approximately £10 annually. Well worth it!

Paypal don't appear to offer an annual repeat. May I suggest, Erling, (Admin) that you display the bank transfer details so it is easier to set up transfers from other banks.

Just sent off a $10 donation to Erling. A small price to pay for the best website I have ever been a member of. My A10 would still be in a box of bits without this great Website. Keep up the good work.     *beer*

Only joined you this year so thanks for pointing out there is a donation facility.

Just used the link and . . . 'Oh dear, tough luck, it worked' . . . so made a donation to show my appreciation for all the good work.

Also thanks to all for making the forum such a great place with technical knowledge, friendliness and humour from all corners of the world.

Just a few minutes afterwards my wife shouted up the stairs in panic 'Have you just made a donation to someone'? As it was in dollars she thought it was a scam.

Only just discovered that I could make a donation, so have done so Erling.
I also have found the website extremely helpful, easy to navigate (within my limited limits) and have gotten used to looking up the forum almost daily. Just yesterday, I looked up how to adjust the chains, as I used to have a taut primary chain regularly on my BSA A7 back in 1969, and wish to avoid it on the A10. All the answers were there.!  *respect**thanks*
Thanks so much for the dedication Erling.

I agree Col, I wish it was about in the 70-80's would have saved me a lot of head scratching and 2am phone calls to England. I learn something every day.
I'm on a few forums and this is by far the friendliest and easiest to navigate, has a good variety of boards for info on anything A7/10 plus humor and chit chat.
I'm not privy to how much it costs (especially with no adds) to run so I make a small donation yearly. One of the other forums costs $5 a month to get it add free. It has a little superman badge next to your name to show you donate and easy to see the freeloaders.
Cheers

Thanks a lot for donations, the forum is much more of a time consumer (monitoring the tech side, keeping the spammers\hackers away, mastering the software to set it up to run properly, information to members, making backups, security updates etc etc), not so much a money consumer (as hosting costs have gone down to decent price over the years, even the 'professional' hosting we're using is quite affordable, needed to keep the speed up as activity expands). The donations pays for most of the expenses so zero problems (and some goes to the makers of the software \ programs in use) but more importantly are seen as extra inspiration to work on to keep it all in 'good working condition' for the benefit of all members and the many visitors.

The website and later the forum was started to provide "the sites and info I could not find anywhere" when I first got my A10. Been a joy to see all the good people and the good contents here.
