What timing setting for RGS?
«

BSA recommended that the timing be set at 13/32" and SME recommend 5/16" (10/32") for all alloy head engines?
I have a Spitfire cam fitted but only 8.25:1 CR pistons so what is the best setting to use or plum for something in between?

3/8" BTDC was originally quoted by BSA, I now use 5/16" BTDC on my Super Rocket, runs well on std unleaded fuel with lead additive.
