It`s for this reason:
The farmers wont pay no more any longer for the high petrol price at the gas station.
Now they take the cheep diesel from their tractors.

Thats great, especially when you consider MPG. The enfield deisels get 100's mpg if memory serves me right.

Would be no good here. The "feds" dip your tank and you are stuffed. 
Mind you its unlikely they would realise its a diesel bike.

What I wonder about deisel bikes is they are all painfully slow (100kph (60mph)max on this one) with all that available torque is it not possible to gear them up for a 60mph cruising speed?
