1947 A7 for Sale
« on: 16.10. 2013 11:04 »
A mate of mine has a 1947, A7 project bike for sale. The bike is near Traralgon in Victoria, Australia. It is almost complete but in need of a full restoration. He purchased it a couple of years ago but is building a hot rod so the bike project never got off the ground. I don't have photo's and can't list a price as I may be off the mark. I understand that's not helpful but if anybody is remotely interested sent be a P.M and I will provide contact details for you to follow-up.

Cheers Russ

Too far away for me but I suppose the important question is does it have the correct fuel tank and centre stand as those were unique to the '47 model?

Yes Trev would love to have it but the household money controller is sure to say NO.
The bike has the tank with the speedo fitted in it, I assume that is the correct one. Don't know about the centre stand.

Hi Wozza, didn't know you had a picture of my beloved , the little picture on your last post really looks mine when she's got a cob on ,needs to be red though and hovering at 2 ft above the ground  ,normally with exasperation at something daft I've done, regards BobH

G'day Russ, a picture and a price would be great thanks *smile* In answer to SWMBO, an apology to her after the purchase is easier than asking to purchase it!!! It also helps if you have multiple bikes and projects in the shed... *smile* Cheers Tomcat
