Aren't they both short stroke heads?

Off topic: Saw a show on TV today about a bunch of parra and quadrapleigic fellas doing a ride through the outback WA. Orabanda was on the map!!!

You are right, couldn't be that simple to find some on ebay.
Anyway, maybe someone needs a new head for their short-A7.
