Hi

Is the Amal Carb Ref 376/40 the correct one for an 1962 A10.  The airscrew does not contact the slide to set idle. Just bought the bike, runs great but there is just the issue with the screw.

Thanks

Muzz

I think 376/40 was fitted to Triumph T110.
You should have a 389 carby.

RGS-BILL here
a 376/40 Amal is for the 61 62 63 Triumph T-110, and a couple of other applications, there is a page on the Internet that has listings for all BSA's, and some others also, for most  Amal carby applications. I have it saved in my pages but do not know how to post it to the forum from where it is, I am a "PUTER NOVICE", so if someone could explain how  I would do that, I would post it for all of us enthusiasts to view, and benefit from it.... !!!!

RGS-Bill, Because this forum allows only .JPG files the easist way to share stuff is to get the document displayed on your PC screen and hit the <Print Screen> key. This copies the image to Windows clipboard.

You can then open a graphics pogramme (Windows 'Paint' is favorite and almost universally installed on most PC's) and select 'Paste' from the Edit menu or press <control> V. You can then resize and save the image as a .JPG and attach it to your post like I have just done.

Is this what you were talking about? (apologies to Draganfly M/C's for the 'nick' from their catalogue!)
