I was refering to the link offered by "adgf" ..I now realise You mean the link from "Olev" .
I have forwarded the pictures to Alan Lewis-Templeton Who I have entrusted the tank restoration to .
I have also posted Him the picture of the top "lozenge" panel You kindly emailed Me .

fuel taps are correct at the rear of the tank & I assume Yours (Brian) has lugs for the tyre pump ?

Trying to establish wether My "Star Twin" ought to have a lower section to the rear chainguard if Anyone could advise please ?

                 Here's a couple of photos of my chainguard which I had made here in Australia for my Star Twin project.
The later ones have the pump brackets on top of the guard.
Also a copy of an ad for the bike.

Hi Stephen,

I have photos of an original Star Twin tank which I used as reference for my 1950 Star Twin restoration, I also have a set of the correct fuel lines.
