Classic battery query
« on: 11.11. 2012 12:03 »
Hi,
I have a real lead-acid battery, (rather than a fake battery box with small battery inside) on order from Draganfly. I thought that if they could still get one I'd like to have the real McCoy item, (they seem to be taking a long time to get it though!). Can I have your thoughts on batteries please? Should I give that idea up and get modern cells in a fake case?

Cheers m'dears!

Hi
Been following your battery issue on the other forums. I have a new gell battery in my new rubber classic case, works for me. How often do you us lights, never like me. Gell batteries don't need topping up and don't leak.

I've given up the idea of a traditional battery now;  I've ordered a Westco 13 AH AGM sealed battery that fits in a dummy case, from here: http://www.norbsa02.freeuk.com/goffybatteries.htm
