Hi..just wanted to show my 60 GF, gold frame is wrong, but I like to older look, and I've since duplicated the proper muffler brackets.    Pete J, Florida

That's a really nice looking bike. Thanks for the photo. I would argue that the gold frame is not wrong, instead, it is right because you like it. Around here, there is not a lot of snobbery about bikes being in original stock condition (lucky for me, see http://www.a7a10.net/forum/index.php?topic=166.0). That's not to say the museum-quality bikes aren't beautiful, but they are not the only good ones out there. If I am correct, the folks here with totally original bikes will agree.

My father's parents from Denmark (Jorgensen), your bike was the inspiration for my choice of colors, but mine turned out not as beige..hope to visit Denmark/Norway/Sweden some day, Maybe swap houses
