Would you ?
« on: 14.06. 2012 11:03 »
This A10 was at Renishaw Bike/Car show last evening.
Why would you go the the trouble - unless a real Triumph Scrambler was just too much dosh ?
The Rocket and DB350 belong to a couple of local acquaintances

Not only would I....I did! *smile*
Mine came before Hinckley did theirs, and I think its much prettier, as is that one.
Probably more fun too.
Cheers,

Yes, yours looks gorgeous but it doesn't have the Triumph paint scheme which is what I thought spoiled the job - completely !

Oh you diplomat Pete *smile*
That paint job reminds me more of A Francis Barnett or something.
To be fair, I think as a 2 tone paint job it works surprisingly well. A horizontal line running across a round badge ,is something I wouuldnt expect to work. It looks ok though. Might have worked better with a Gold Flash winged badge, the paint seam meeting the top of the wing. Probably looks better than replicating the lines of the chrome panels with paint, which IMHO always just seem to shout out that the panels should be chromed and aren't *cry*
Cheers,
Iain

Just thinking I've never seen one with pipes running on that side of the bike. It means you can make good use of the toolbox.
It took a fair bit of work on mine to keep the toolbox accessible.

Hi Pete,
I like the overall style, but the seat and rear guard look a bit funny, but I'll put that down to camera angle.
Paint Job- colours'r ok, but looks like pus too much straight line for a Bezza , looks like it came straight from one of those yankee things-what're they called??

I know how to stick my neck out
 Cheers duTch *beer*

Looked good for me, and yes more FB than Triumph. Those indicators are horrible though.
