Hi I,m a new member from Bristol England. I have a plunger Gold Flash 1954
also a matchless 350 But the question I,d like to ask has anyone heard that
in mid november 2012 bikes before 1960 will not need an mot.
I don,t know if it is true, prehaps someone can tell me..cheers

Hi ivor620  as Goldie say's it's been discussed, I think it's more an intention as yet, unless I've missed some news somewhere it not yet law

One story says MANUFACTURED before 1960, I assume that means anything made before 31st Dec 1959. Another report says LICENCED before 1960, I assume that means anything Registered before 31st Dec 1959. I wonder which it is?

Anyway, just my luck. Both my A10 and AJS were first registered in 1960, and declared manufactured in 1960.  *sad2*
