Online parts suppliers

G'Day all,

I am searching for parts for my clutch and forks on the net and have come across NSA classic motorcycles. Has any one on here had any experience with these Guys?
I'm trying to get everything from one or two suppliers so I'm not too concerned about a couple of GBP difference in price.

I've bought quite lot of stuff off them over the years and always found them ok. Most of their stuff is repo and can vary in quality as always.

If you want to get most if not all of your stuff at one place its hard to go past C@D's. They dont have a online shop but you can e-mail them and they will get back to you with a quote or you can ring them and order that way with a VISA card. It doesnt cost as much to call international as you might think if you keep the call reasonably short.

I've purchased quite a few items over the years from NSA on Flea Bay and have no horror stories to report.

Most the English suppliers I have used, have been very good, including C & D.

However, Lyford Classic Services have been getting my business recently; Pat gives an excellent (and cheery) service.

I particularly like the Draganfly website which gives pictures of most components and uses all the original part no.s. Order with credit card or phone. They seem to go to a lot of effort. www.draganfly.co.uk

I agree Draganfly's website is excellent and easy to make purchase BUT... do not allow back orders, I've recently had a disappointment with a front wheel bearing retainer 67-5561 they did not have them in stock and kept me waiting and waiting. Eventually a quick Internet check showed many of the other suppliers having them, I ended up getting one from C&D with only a couple of days to wait for it to come through the post. Dragan would then NOT cancel the order but eventually sent it saying it was free but I'd already paid for it... the experience left a nasty taste.  On the same order, I had two tyres sent me size 300x19 when ALL of my BSAs are 3.50x19 how the heck could 'I' make a mistake like that?? it left me doubting myself but I'm sure it was their mistake, cost me to send them back plus they charged to resend correct ones out making the tyres expensive.
