I got one on ebay for £120, it's in a Burlen box although being Ebay the box and carb may not have been born together but it came jetted for a s/rocket as requested so I live in hope.
Th last A10 I did was fitted with a new carb as the slide was shot, I have never been able to get the pilot jet to adjust properly, I can screw it in and make it run lumpy but srcewing it out brings it to smoother running but it wont alter beyond this, just screws out without altering the way it runs, since then I have purchased a small ultrasonic cleaner, I may strip the carb down and give a wirl in this, see what happens

With my present project I'm a bit off fitting the carb yet but have the frame and s/a together with wheels in to check alighnment, does'nt look to far out so if its ok I'll fit the tyres and get the engine in while my wife is around to push a couple  bolts through for me.

Hi kev looks like a nice carb should make the bike run real nice but keep a check on the timing and the plug colour .

Some of you members in England may be able to clear this up, I thought the Amal Carb Company was part of Burlen Fuel Systems which is the crowd that actually make amal carbs. Does someone know ?
