I've got no idea what a "Doner Head"

The REAL story :

Jim Doner, the world renowned racing legend from the 50's, did some pretty amazing modifications to his bikes. On his A10 he modified the head by adding 3inch valves and dispensed of the rockers by adding twin OHC's driven by electric motors synced to the magneto, the 'Doner Head' legend was born.

I wondered too, if it was something very rare and special lol. But it's donor! to donate a fin.
