Just joined today. Don't have either A7 or A10 but do have a 68 B25 Starfire and a 69 B44VS.

Joined mainly for the tech info that may apply as well as other info that might come in handy.

I'm located in the wilds of south Texas though have lived in the Midlands (Banbury)back in the 70s where I got my love of British bikes. Previously owned a 59 T*****h and a 77 Norton 850 MKIII from Gus Kuhns.

G'day Tim, welcome to the forum.
I recon that if you hang around here for any length of time, you'll be looking for one.
Saw a few Texans last week. The ZZ Top concert.
Cheers

Hi Tim,
Banbury sends it's regards.
Nothing wrong with a T*****h, got one me self, and now you've found this excellent forum you've got a good excuse to buy an A10 to go with it.

Cheers all for the welcome.

British bikes are thin on the ground around in the local area though the State has quite a few in existence. Just came from a Rally held by the British Motorcycle Owners Association from a few hours from here where I saw a nice looking Golden Flash and what may've been an A10 of some sort. Also a Velo, several Nortons, a couple of Matchless' and some Hinckleys.

There's also a collection in an out of the way place owned by an Aussie that includes a Brough SS80, and a few Vincents.

They're out there, just need to know where.

Cheers Sidcar...actually lived in Kings Sutton, family still there. Spent many a Saturday at Banbury Cross knocking back Newcastle Brown back in the 70s. Have been back a few times to visit, things have changed I have to say.

I've been away for quite a while so I'll re-introduce myself....Tim down here in south Texas where its starting to get warmish and humid again. Have three BSAs, last British bike prior to these was a 77 850 Commando MKIII bought new at Gus Kuhns, wish I still had it.

Hoping to get some good tips etc from here in regards to BSAs when needed and to join in the banter when able.
