How's this for a fast job.I was expecting dvla to be a slow process registering my imported A10.
Well take documents on a Wednesday,get a phone call to present bike for inspection on Monday.Do that then get new reg on Wednesday make plate Thursday,lob done.
Well done DVLA

Hi Taffy
You did much better than I did. Sent the forms, dating certificate and cheque off, went for an inspection and six weeks later the V5 arrived with the wrong colour, wrong year of registration and wrong engine cc (I have never heard of a 700cc Super Rocket but apparently they had).
All turned out ok in the end though as they found the original registration and refunded part of my fee.

Due to the Government cut backs they are probably in fear for their jobs so trying to be good. So someone wins.
