Rigid A7 mudguard stay / lifting handle

Does anybody have a rigid A7 rear mudguard stay / lifting handle (item number 24 in attached picture and BSA part number 67-6755) spare that I could purchase or the dimensions plus tube size and close up pictures to allow one to be made up.
