Thought you might like to have a look at this. Chops arnt to everyones taste but the work this chap turns out is amazing. He did the hardtail on my A65. I shall be using some of his ideas on my own A7/10 project.

A real clever cookie. I had heard of sNorton cranks being used before. I used T150 pistons in the A7SS, and made A10 rods 2.5mm shorter to give me 14:1.

Some people have too much time on their hands. That's a work of art as well as engineering. There has been a side valve V8 bike in Just Bikes for sale down here for a few months now, think it was $20K.
