Just found this on evilbay, maybe someone can use them. They don't turn up too often by now.

Gee - they went cheap. I paid about £35 for a pair in black which were for the later A50 or A65 side panels, and didn't have golden flash embossed on them. Even had to get them painted the maroon colour!

Damn, I should have bid myself!!!
I paid around 40 quid for mine when desperately needing them, and they were in worse condition then these.

I thought I wouldn't need these anyway, so didn't bother to watch the outcome.

I'm wondering if the badge in the picture below ever appeared on the A7 & A10? lovely looking badge I think you'd agree. Shame the tank is not in such healthy condition as the two fixing lugs at the back have been cut off and rust holes appear on the underside seam joining the sides. Originally I think the badge could have been chromed or cadmium plated and maroon painted in between. The paint under the blue is also maroon. The knee pads are new old stocks.

... just looking through my pictures and checking my last post... I'm wondering if those knee pads are correct? I first saw this petrol tank in the photo below in this post, funny how that should be an almost identical blue to my tank shown in last post. Now this is a B33 and I just LOVE it! I'd gladly straight swop my Super Rocket for this! Look at that sexy air filter! chrome oil tank and leather pannier bags. Anyone know who the owner is? I suspect it is in one of the northern European countries.

Nervous Edit: Sorry for mentioning swapping a Super Rocket for a 'B' seris 33.  *red* *red*

LJ,
I'm sure that pic came from this Swedish sale site.  I remember it.

If some of you like B33's then here's mine. Doesnt look much but goes really well, I've had this one for about 10 years and done thousands of miles on it. They are great bikes.

Interesting site , Iain.
As you say, that sweet B31 has those badges.
My early parts book shows that badge as A7 part no. 65-8209
cheers
