Perhaps the most technically advanced model of the 1960's, Bridgestone's GTR 350 wowed with its performance and features. The air-cooled, two-stroke twin measures 345cc with 9.3 compression pistons and twin rotary valves behind a pair of crankcase-mounted Mikuni 26mm carbs. Rating: 40-hp. Helical gear primary, six-speeds, kick. Twin loop tube steel cradle features the usual hydro-fork and twinshock, with uniform 7-1/2" drums (2LS front). Innovative and useful features include grease fittings on the control cables, and the option of swapping the shift/brake levers left to right. "The motorcycle enthusiasts motorcycle" (Cycle 1967).
