i have a re ground - 20 crank small journal but it would cost a lot to get it safely to Poland ..Worty as regards the nuts i prefer brazil nuts to pea nuts, and yes i am nuts. a good day on the
box spanners were used but on your engine i put the long nut into the tunnel because i did and it made it easier for me and my modern socket things. i did the same with mine but used allen bolts instead of studs. i still don't understand why there needs to be that long nut put where it was back int day,
what advantage was having the long nut there anyway when they had box spanners
i would have thought having a standard nut in the crank case tunnel would be more of a PITA . answers on a crate of john smiths please i have got the guinness so no worries
