It looks like they've attached a piece of thread to the bottom of her dress so it can be pulled to make it appear she is moving 🤔

I also cannot spot an engine or anything large enough to be battery and a motor. Maybe it's a mockup to encourage investment.

Perhaps it's fart powered. That might explain the shape of her frock. 😁

The tiny engine, probably 15cc or there abouts in behing her leg.
When that was taken it would have been emullsion on frosted glass magazine camera which as an ASA ratng of around 200 at best so yes faked big time

Speculating on the details of this motorized pram is not necessary, I think. Google "vintage motorized pram" or "Dunkley Pramotor." Many more, and sharper, puctures.
