british bike day
« on: 24.05. 2023 12:36 »
this sat at the red lion in cassington west of oxford just off the A40 approx 4 miles from the oxford ring road, one of the local dealers is bringing a selection of the new enfields  and the new goldstar for everyone to look at and a possibilty of test rides as well, so bring your license .
the pub will be open and there will be a BBQ in the garden and tea and coffee as well, not sure which bike i will take, might be the A7ss or the Fieldmaster.
start time approx 11am but people tend to arrive well before that and its free, just turn up and chat bikes and have a beer or something and the weather looks to be ok.

Sorry I can't be there. If someone wants to start a "Go Fund Me" to fix their sign, I'm down for a few quid.

well it was a good day for those that came, it was packed an mr millyard bought his V twin velo, and i had a ride on the new goldstar and my other half liked it, so thats that!!!  from my point of view it need a couple of mods, different handlebars as they are a bit to wide for me and some mirrors that show whats behind me rather than my elbows, not a heavy bike and fairly slim so it looks like my little yam sr400 is going and she does not like it very much. would like a center stand but i dont know if one can be fitted. its supposed to be good on fuel.
