Hi,  your bike sounds good, and your daughters legs are long enough to reach the footpegs, so all you now need is a dinky little leather jacket and a lid and you`re off! (i have an eight year old niece with a little leather,who wants a go on the back, unfortunately her feet don`t quite reach yet)
