Barry Humphries passed away recently from hip replacement complications.
Best known for his characters Edna Everage and Les Patterson.

I have been watching he comedy festivals on TV and the ove thing they all have in common is none of the jokes are funny
Never been to a Humphries show that did not make me laugh till my sides hurt .

Such a brilliant mind, and so funny!
I remember one appearance on Parkinson when he was discussing what made women attractive to men.
He mentioned Joan Collins, and observed "...it was what she put behind her ears .. (a brief pause).... her legs".
