G'day Fellas.
Yesterday I rode the plunger up to Bathurst, only 70Km but on the highway sat on 60-70MPH the whole way. No rattles or leaks and settled to a nice idle whenever I stopped for lights
The show is put on by the Brotherhood MC and just about every other god bothering club was there. I was waiting to be struck down by lightening
. As always a good show with a few stalls. About 200 bikes entered but well over 1000 bikes parked out on the streets. As usual 95% HD's in all shapes and sizes.
I entered the old girl in the vintage but knew I had no hope. Their idea of vintage is anything before 1992
. There were only a few bikes around our age 40's to 60's. The vintage class was won by a beautiful Suzuki GT750 waterbottle.
Had quite a few looking and chatting about the plunger. One young fella was very interested as his dad has a GF and another two in boxes. I told him to check out the Forum.
I rode home the back way, a bit slower as the roads are pot holes held together with patches, but there's two pub stops that way
Cheers
