Wrong plugs!

I've just bought a pair of (checked as  genuine) NGK B7ES plugs. I've realised they are long reach plugs so not correct for my iron head engine. The pair of plugs cost me £8.22. If you will donate a similar amount to this forum I'll post them to you, (at a UK address).

I'm currently using B6HS plugs in my GF. Although the bike goes well, those plugs are usually sooty when I check them. Would you recommend getting hotter plugs than the B6HS?

Depends on your riding style pal, if your bike runs fine and you're just pootling around then all's well it would seem.
I do not wring the old girls neck. Some brisk acceleration and crusing at 60mph is fine for me. You are right of course; the bike starts and runs fine so why worry

G'day GB.
I agree, if the plugs are working fine for your riding let it be. A hotter plug on a long hill at full throttle could be a problem.
Remember 90% of our riding is on the pilot/slide and needle. Even cruising at 60 on the flat you will only be on the needle taper. You could try a B6HS but I wouldn't go any otter.
I'm experimenting with BP7ES in the newly built A7 plunger.
