Front mudguard to suit Super Rocket
« on: 30.09. 2009 04:15 »
Hi folks,
Can anyone help with a valenced mudguard to suit a 1960 SR?
I intend to re-chrome it, so condition needs to be reasonable.

Regards,

Richard

I have a new one in chrome - never been on the bike, it has tabs for the Y type brackets and the project has the older Goldie type.
BUT I'm in UK so postage would be high I expect, also I was not too happy with some of the welds, probably would meld in when on a bike though.
can send you pics if interested

Turns out I misread Richards mail, he wants a valanced mudguard and when I retrieved mine from it's storage I saw it is the blade type, so looks like he still needs one.
Sorry about that Richard.
I note my spell checker does not like the proper spelling of valanced but accepts valance, strange.
