I think I am about to be chided, shamed or find new kinship. Will you admit to playing or watching golf? For example, The Open?

BTW, I'm terrible, no, hideous, but still carry on a love/hate relationship (with golf, that is).

I'd rather eat a sandwich made of my own pubic hair, or do ten consecutive cylinder head replacements...

Here’s a poem I just wrote…

An ode to a noble tradition

Determined to my peace abuse
They turn up in BMWs
Hoards of fat business buffoons
In ugly chequered pantaloons
With bags of sticks n tiny balls
Faking urgent business calls
Arses stuck in silly carts
With all the thrills of wet cold farts
Poncin round in stupid shoes
And ruining my f****ng views
Golf w4nkas!!

Each to their own, as we say! I used to play golf, was never very good. I'm playing golf in a couple of weeks at my son's stag weekend. I think it can be an enjoyable game, gets you out in the country side, a bit of exercise so OK. But it can also be very frustrating!

Non-golf here, but am following most of the big tennis tournaments. Took some time before realizing it's a fascinating sport, getting to 'know' the players, looking at new talents evolve, legends fade away, hoping to see 'that' epic match etc.

Must be exactly the same for those interested in golf, just another ball game.

G'day Fellas.
Ever noticed the higher up the social ladder they get the smaller the balls they play with.
I luv the NRL. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKCKoCLIkg4
