Rang up to add another bike to my policy and recorded message says press 1 for policy with 4 bikes or less and 2 for policies with 4 or more bikes , Simple you may think so i press 1 as i had just 4 bikes. Young female answers with how can i help ? I would like to add another bike to my policy please. Hmm sorry cant do that 4 is the maximum you can have , we will have to cancel that policy and start a new 5 or more policy there will be a £45 admin fee to cancel sir . i says i dont want to cancel its you who needs to cancel i am not paying anything i have just renewed the policy end of September having been with you 15 plus years. Hmm you will have to start a new separate policy for the additional bike, have you any NO CLAIMS to transfer , ? no i says , ok Awsome she says we can do that for £245 .....Are you taking the *** i says , i payed £220 for 4 bikes and you want £245 for 1 bike .....we will be looking to transfer to another company if thats the case. So then i said ok how much to take off a Bsa Bantam (still in bits waiting for a rainy day) yes take that off and add my new addition instead , Yes sir we can do that and that will be £40 admin fee .
