Introduction
« on: 01.11. 2021 12:12 »
Hi all,
It's about time I came out of the shadows and introduced myself.
I acquired a 1955 GF back in 2010 as a retirement project and have fitted electronic ignition, four spring clutch and several other minor mods.
Never got round to serious usage before the pandemic gave me time to ready the beast for the MotoClub Indianos rally in northern Spain this October. Great success and 700 more miles on the clock.
Current conundrum is adjustment of 376 carb to idle reliably. Standard components but bellmouth fitted ( previous ownership) in place of filter. Seems like I need a bigger size main
jet. Any recommendations? Currently 240 and I was thinking 250
Great forum. Have appreciated your collective knowledge and opinions

Welcome Lazza. Someone will chip in with a worthy reply shortly on the carb I’m sure. Nice run adding 700 miles on the clock. I must do the same myself.
Welcome to this great forum 👍🏻

The roads in Northern Spain are great. Looking forward to getting back there in the new year. Photo of the bike in Spain would be great.
