flash box... third gear problem

mornin all - , my 1963 flash is a pig to get into third gear ( taking a good strong prod ) changing up  - but easy coming down all other gears fine ...gearbox out job or some miraculously easy ( as if ) quick fix ? ta very much !

Its very unlikely to be necessary to remove the box, I would start with checking the camplate plunger (spring) is adjusted correctly and moving freely, if thats ok then start dismantling the box and look for things like bent selector forks, worn dogs etc

yes really need looking at ...tools at the ready - should have stripped and checked it whilst it was out ....ah well.....
