Have you tried Priory Magnetos?
He's not just for sparky stuff.
His parts list is POA for this so he may or may not have one. Worth messaging him on here (beezermac) as his site says he's closed til September, but that might just be for taking on mag jobs.
I ordered a dozen bits from him a couple of months back, some of which I couldn't find anywhere else, saved me a fortune in postage.

I have used priory mags for parts very good service but, and I understand why, he has a £25 minimum order + £4.50 p&p

Ah right, sorry forgot about that.
Mines missing on mine too, been replaced with an Allen head bolt, not for the purists I know, but neither is much else of mine.

That's a real shame.

G'day BSA500.
 67-0355      STUD      BSW/BSF      1/4"-20-26x2-5/8" from here  http://stainlessbits.com/link12.html
I myself would make one. 1/4" bsw bolt 2" long, cut the head off and thread 1/4" cei/bsf to the end (or vise versa)(a bolt with a cut thread not rolled as the shank is thinner).
Cheers
