  • Last had an A10 in 1976, in 2011 it was time for my 2nd one. It was the project from HELL (but I learned a lot....)

Bsa Victor Special project
« on: 05.12. 2020 09:55 »
Just got this, it’s hopefully an easy project compared to my A10. It’s not currently a runner (no battery) and it’s not run much in the last 15, possibly 25 years maybe only 200 miles (and its got new looking tyres dated 1992), what I should probably do is strip the engine down to check the big end etc, but I might risk just taking the barrel off to have a look at the rings, before running it.

I have no experience of re-commissioning a BSA unit single so would be interested in hearing from anyone who has experience.
