He's clearly a man with two much time on his hands. Shouldn't he be finding a cure for cancer or something?

He says something like; "It's taken quite a bit of time. I've been on this since 19th of December"

And he means December 2019!

'Thought I would have a quieter day today while I’m waiting for a few parts to arrive, so I’ve just made the new cam cover, adapted the sprocket cover for the wider engine, fitted the starter motor on new mountings and made an extension to the cover, then polished all the covers.'

While he's done all that today, all I've done is clean a TR6 head and started to rewind a mag, and I thought I'd done well. Wonder if he's on Sanatagen pills !

While all I've done is to think about the on-going Panther rebuild. Alan Millyard is the consummate intuitive engineer, and really he's wasted jigging around with old motorbikes.

Today's installment

A bit more progress on my Z1 Super Six today, By getting rid of the big auto advance unit and points I’ve been able to reduce the thickness of the points housing 35mm and the cover by 5mm then skimmed down a Boyer ignition a bit so it fits nicely in the remaining internal gap.

Neil,

Clearly, your next bike is going to be a Kawasaki.

I have a 7 cylinder Kawasaki. Err, actually that’s split across the two bikes.
