Hello Dave and welcome.

I cannot help you with that. Are you not able to do any work on the bike yourself?

How deep is your pocket Dave?
A pro resto will certainly cost more than the financial worth of the finished product. Does the bike have sentimental value? If not buy a runner and save all that heartache!

Well I guess we're not helping by not directly answering the question. The best bet, if you can manage it is to at least spanner it into large lumps and then project manage it by parting out to various specialists for attention.

Beyond that I'm in the South East and so (as usual) no help at all.

Bob Wardley is based in Gateshead and a forum member, he does engine work etc, you could make contact by private message via this forum to discuss what he can help you with.

Dino,

Welcome to the forum.  *welcome* With a first post of, "Hey, I wanna love an A10 and willing to pay someone so I can," you can imagine we would like to know more of how you got interested in BSAs (specifically A7/10s) and what other involvement with bikes you're into.  How about popping over to Introductions and laying one out? No need to go into shoe size, first girl friends, favorite foods, mother's maiden name and bank account numbers. Maybe throw in some general location so folks know if they are close enough to help, or what services are truly close to you.
