I've got 14 bikes on full comp with Carole Nash for somewhere not much shy of £500. I'm think that I ought to be going elsewhere really.

Found Devitt excellent myself, although I don't do loyalty if the premium rises or is not competitive.

Spoke to a lad at Devitt  back in May, he did not know anything about the 40 year MOT exemption. Told him that he should not be answering the phone.  *ex*

I find it very annoying that i struggle to find insurance for me as a rider and driver. I can't use more than one vehicle at a time,. I know the theft insurance is always needed even if not on the road but surely the biggest claims come from accidents and injury to third parties. Wouldn't it be nice to have my renewal dates on one day. Of course it would cost more to simplify things! Having to read all the small print and check for mistakes (which are not uncommon) is a pain. I know they like me to update my details etc but i could surely just insure me and agree on a list of vehicles allowed/owned. Have three bikes, work van and mrs's car (am lucky for sure). Anyone out there with something like personal insurance?

The AA do personal breakdown cover but I suppose motor vehicle insurance risk needs to be individually asessed.

My son is lead software developer for a bicycle insurance company, (Bikmo): Their aim is to make it very easy to insure all your bikes with just a few clicks on their website. Good quality bicycles these days can be worth thousands and an enthusiast will have bikes for different uses, so £10k total insured value is not uncommon. I have already suggested to my son that Bikmo branch out to insure classic motorbikes.
