G'day GB.
Looks very similar to the material used on my racer (Cafe) shoes. Mine has strands of what looks like thin copper wire through it. I was told it was material used on truck transmission brakes (drum brake on back of gearbox like the old FJ45 Landcruiser). Worked OK till very hot, by the 5th lap of Amaroo/Oran Park very little breaking. Don't get them that hot on the road and work quite well.

 He has quite a lot of prosucts. If I notice a word is spelled wrong, it has to be really bad. *eek*

I agree, none of the links work and what are prosucts?, think it should read products.

I thought the links did not work but then realised that the large picture, of the sprocket being machined, appears at the top of every page. You have to scroll the page down to see the various prosucts.

True. Also, you should never judge the validity of a company by their really cool website. You can just get a schoolkid to knock up something very swish.

Me too. A fair bit cheaper than Saftek too, although they're products are also very good.

Now that looks more like the linings that used to work, as opposed to the cardboard supplied these days.

Looks similar to the old Ferodo MR and MZ 41 woven linings. MZ include zinc wire strands to improve fade resistance and was used on some sporty 1950s cars such as Alfas as well as some bikes.

 Be interesting to hear how it works.
