That frame number does not look right, it is much much too high.

Glass's Motor Cycle check book gives the Super Rocket discontinued at frame GA7 25001 in August 1963.

Could it be just one 7? GA7 8998?

I may go to the pub, thanks to those who have helped. this was put on face book and I got into a discussion about it. long story short I said I thought it was an A10 super rocket but a chap was adamant it was a 1960 A7? *dunno*

The A7 finished in 1962, Glass's Check Book give it as May and gives the last engine and frame numbers.

The factory announced the demise ofthe A7 to the trade in a news sheet in June 1962.
