I did not expect to find this thing here in the BSA forum. I was wrenching and riding Max Lambky´s Vincent streamliner from 2004 to 2012, even had the whole engines at my workshop for rebuilding and constructed/built a complete new gearbox for it. Sadly it was not meant to be a record breaker, the fastest we ever recorded were 275 mph at around 6500 in second gear. When I shifted into high gear, the blower shaft broke and we were sidelined - again. The potential was there but due to too much problems caused by not enough testing and a constant shortage of time/money or good weather on the track we never achieved what we hoped for. Still happy days to remember and not that many people on the planet have ridden a streamliner motorcycle.
