Rubber boot for top of AMAL 376 and anti bias spacer for A10.

Hi,

In my part book travel I came across:

A rubber boot that fits over the top of the 376 carby, surrounding the two cables and screw on top, can not for the life of me remember where I found it and what the part number is, anyone out there know the part number for this ?,

"Anti bias carby spacer" for A10, 67-359, was spoken of in Mr Bacons book, does anyone know who sells these ?.
