I picked a good one up at a Kempton jumble some time back, for around £35 including the innards. It seemed to me to be very worthwhile being able to handle and inspect the item before purchasing, considering the type of damage they can have sustained (not to mention age, of course).
Helicoiling or similar are workable options. At least you know what you've got in that case.
I think 67-260 is the one you need, with the greater clearance as described in a post above.
IMO it's one of those items of which it is good to have a spare on the shelf.
