So is that good service for sending it or poor service for not getting the order right in the first place?

Good point , I tend to work on the idea that no ones perfect so if they  screw up I'll judge 'em on how they fix it and in this case the response was good and sorted my problem out ,so in the light of bad service  being reported only seemed fair to report the opposite .

Yes, everyone is bound to make some errors at one time or another.

It's the way things are resolved that makes all the difference, a little extra helpfulness when faced with a situation makes a happy customer, whatever happened in the first place.

On the other hand, I placed another order with Draganfly last Thursday and I'm still waiting for it to appear, so I'll have lost a week by the time it gets here.  Must have sent it by carrier pigeon, so if anyone spots one walking down the road looking lost,  please direct it to my house!

I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with Draganfly following a few recent issues that have occurred. The latest was when I phoned last Friday requesting 2no sealing washers (on the flow from the oil tank) stating that I needed these for the beginning of this week at the latest...was told that should be ok. Still had not received them in this morning's post so I rang to see what day they were actually sent, only to find they haven't even put them in an envelope yet!
It's not often I need something fairly urgently and it's only because I'm heading off for a weekend event tomorrow, otherwise, the few extra days wouldn't normally be an issue. Maybe I've just been unlucky.

Thankfully, all the other stuff I needed, I had ordered from C and D Autos which arrived the next day...just unfortunate they didn't have these other washers I want.

I've not used Draganfly for some time - I've tended to go elsewhere for what little I need.

Conversely, and of no interest here I'm sure - I ordered some Morini clutch shims from North Leicester Motorcycles Friday morning and that were on my mat the following day.

I've given up on Dragonfly . Ordered some bits , supposedly  in stock,  ticked no back order , waited ten days (I know what their delivery times are like), rang to say not received,  was told "they're on back back order" . Ordered elsewhere delivered the next day . Nuff said .

I won't use Draganfly at all, they take toooooo long to send out parts, that's if they even have them.

They do seem to drag there feet a bit, 3 to 4 weeks to get bits to Oz! makes you wonder when I can get push bike bits from England or Ireland landed on my door step in 4 to 5 days, and freight free if over about $80 AU value.
