Welcome and I certainly hope you get  the A7 you're after .Not that far from you down the coast in Formby perhaps you'l visit the autojumble at Garstang sometime (every mth around the first weekend ) may see you there ,best of luck ,Bob

Hi Bob - I'll have to pop down, never been to the autojumble there.
I can usually be found at Devils Bridge of a weekend on one of the two strokes, and if it works out I'm looking forward to riding a BSA there too.

Well it appears that I turned traitor before I even got started.

I thought I was well under way to having a deal in place for an A7, but the guy never responded after our phone call, I tried to contact him but got a blank, and now the advert has gone, so I assume he sold it elsewhere and didn't have the courtesy to let me know.

So I went out looking for something else....and bought a nice Rudge Special 500cc.
As soon as I saw the Rudge I knew I had to have it, so that's set my A7 ownership back a while, maybe later in the year.
I'll check back in once I'm back on the scent of another A7 plunger.

Ah, hi Mr Icarus. Looks like I'm late on the uptake here as usual.

Did you truly waft here from ... a Guzzi Forum out there somewhere?

And off again already.

Nope, never been on a Guzzi forum, I'm not a fan really, although I'd consider a Griso.

Doh. Different Icarus. Griso was the one Guzzi (so far) I really couldn't get along with.

Still, enjoy the Rudge.
