I have one of those round ones. The only problem I've had is the Allen screws coming loose so I use Locktite on the threads. I changed the flat mirror that mine came with for an after market convex one. This was a vast improvement. Pretty easy to dig out the plastic bezel to change the mirror.

These are very nice and fit well in the bar end.

Yep, I agree, I fitted one of those a long time ago. Good clear image and it does not become loose due to vibration, and it is still as pristine as the day I fitted it, but then, it is stainless steel so that is the way it should be. A really good high quality product highly recommended.

That's what I have on mine, although a bit more expensive they're better quality that anything else I looked at

I have a S/S bar end mirror from Priory Magnetos on my A10 and am very happy with it.
