I have been ordering and communicating with DF for a while on and off as I have a few bikes that they cover.
Never had anything but swift and good delivery and excellent help and communication.
I do understand how hard it is to produce parts as I did that in my last company with over 1/2-M in stock at some times. and all for the classic car industry. VERY hard life!
Please do not under estimate the effort this entails and the strain on communications. Keep polite if you have a problem and most companies will sort you out, Draganfly have been very helpful to me and I am sure they treat everyone the same unless they have a bad day like the rest of us mortals. It happens.
We all upset people at some point in our lives.
I was reversing my van out of my drive this morning, small village road and no cars in sight, Half way across the road a prat in an suv came out of a side road onto mine drove up to me and then tried to drive round the back of me! Could not wait. Well he had to as my van is big, so he then followed me to the next village flashing his lights etc. And then the coup de gras, he picked up my phone number from the back of the internet and phoned my company. (Me) Explaining that HE was FORCED to skid to a halt etc etc. Well when he found out it was on video as the van in question has full panoramic video view at the back he changed his story (a little) So then after telling him that I was driving and that his story was bulshit. He changed it again. Long and the short of the story is.
Everyone has times when their customer relations are strained, He will probably not be a customer of mine any time soon and he may drive slower next time and stop being a dick. But then again......
Good luck to DF and hope they can keep people happy most of the time.
