Hi, the world often ain't right, as the guy in the book did experience quite seriously
ps that wasn't long, I had it for many, many years! Point is just to get it to a new T owner in a new country, whatever trouble or time it may take. Hope you enjoyed the reading.

The book has just arrived with me today so over the next few weeks I will sit in the comfy chair near the log burner and have me a good read of it.
Now before I have to send it on I need to know if Wales or Scotland and Northern Ireland are counted as seperate countries for the purpose of this book as I am in England.

Nice to see the book covering more 1.000's of miles. You'll enjoy the reading !
(DT on the forum here has asked for it, if he owns a T, Brazil would be nice. I have no say in the matter, only made sure it went to a new country, you can evaluate any 'separateness' on the British Isles).

Now, who volunteers for the BSA A10\7 Around the World Tour + story. I'll pay for a good share of the petrol + book printing!  (Do not count me in (after reading all that happened to the guy in the T book!)

Have not even looked at the first page yet, I am struggling to re-bench and re-organise the garage/workshop but have "man flu," well a really heavy cold actually and it makes hard work of anything I try to do. I was able to move around in there last week but now well no chance.
I will send it to another country other than Britian but then it can always go to Wales or scotland another time that way it will cover more mile's, also I did see DT's post and will ask the question when I have read it.
I think I have left it a bit to late to travel around the world on the T100, but maybe one of the younger members like LJ could take up that challenge!!

I have read the book so it needs a new destination so DT do you have a Triumph if so what model? and can you send me your address by private email, not on this open forum, if you have not got a Triumph then I need to send it to someone that has

PS, it is a good read but needless to say I will not be volunteering for the round the world Tour, even for all the petrol cost.

I have had no response from DT even after sending email, so as I am keen to send it on to a new country is there anyone with a triumph in a country it has not been to yet, (read the above posts) who would like to receive it and would also send it onwards after reading it?

I´m so sorry, Richard. But I´ve been busy with some problems and travels here and don´t even look at this forum for a while. I´ll try read here once a week.

I have an ´06 Tiger - now brand new because
On december i´ve been hit by a car and spend 3 months without my Bike.  (I just suffer an little scratch, thanks god).
Our governors now decided to check the polution of all machines and now my BSA stays at home since this event.

I am glad to hear that you were not hurt.
If it means because of the polution you can not use the BSA I am willing to adopt it and give it a loving home.

I have been out today to watch the 10,000 bikes ride from Hullavington to Wootton Bassett to raise funds for the hero's fund re the Afgan conflict, what an excellent site that was to behold everbody waving and clapping them, I parked myself mid route near to where I live. In fact I had to go home and leave my elderly step father there then got the A10 out and rode to Malmesbury and joined a group of riders and rode to Wootton Bassett, brilliant I just hope it all ended with no problems.
