Triumph around the World: special request

Hello all, I've got this book (from Triumph friends, I've got a 900 Legend), a story of a guy undertaking a unique journey, fascinating reading, and the plan has been to send this book all over the world, from Triumph owner to Triumph owner.

So far it's been in Spain, USA, Australia, Isle of Man, and Norway. I've had it laying around for too long, and would like to help it on the move again, anybody here can suggest a friend (preferably in a place not listed above) with a Triumph (modern or classic) who would be interested in receiving it, and revive the books' long journey.

Can it come to the U.S. again? If so, I'd like to read it, then, pass it on to a friend with a modern big Triumph. Does it need to return to you or just write home now and then to tell you it's OK and where it's been? Can a remote corner of our forum (or some other) be used to track the fabulous adventures of the book?

Thanks for the reply, not that I would not send it to the US again, but as mentionned, the scheme is to send it directly to a Triumph owner, in a country where it's not been before. I have a Hinkley triumph and reside in the UK  and would be more than happy to receive it read it and send it on possibly to Belguim

Unfortunately, I was too late to be the U.S.A. representative/benefactor. Either Arlen or DT should quickly speak-up and claim the right for Brazil. OK,Mr. Administer, do the rules allow neighbors in the same country to each hastily read the book before contacting our member in Argentina, or the like, as the next stop?

Now what Would be a good idea is to have a BSA Book, maybe of the A seris twins? Write in the Book that it belongs to the A7 & A10 forum and let it go on its world travels. Along with writing in the book where the book has been in the world the reader must also report back to a thread similar to this and his comments and report as to what he thought and where the book travels to next.

a good idea but how about doing it around Britian first giving a time slot for sending it on keeping it within the A10/7 forum then selecting another country and so on.

If it can go to both USA and Canada, perhaps it should also go to Scotland and Wales as well as England. I'm sure my Tiger Cub owning friend GBC would like to represent Scotland. I sadly no longer have my 1995 Trident 900.

Hi Guys
  I am finished with the book.  Sorry it has taken so long.  Who would like it next?  This is the first time I have looked in on the topic since I recieved the book.  I posted  this topic on the triumph.net website and got banned for posting spam.  Kind of dishearting!  I have an email off to the administator of that website for an explaination.  Its sad to be lumped in with spamers, when you are trying to do some good.  Jeff
